Sugar Cookies
Your choice of Mexican vanilla, lemon or chocolate flavored cookies. I’m very proud of these cookies; they are soft with a tender bite. Always covered in royal icing details and marshmallow fondant (this is not your typical fondant people talk about). This homemade fondant melts on the pallete and compliments the cookies beautifully.
Bespoke Cakes
All of our cakes are always baked fresh and made from scratch. Then filled with silky Swiss Meringue buttercream or chocolate ganache. Our cakes are custom to every clients needs; flavors, designs and even floral arrangements (when applicable). I try not to duplicate designs and always add my own flare. Our aesthetic is clean lines and modern concepts.
Rice Krispie Pops
No store bought bars here! My homemade, ooey gooey and oh so buttery rice krispies pops are filled with marshmallow bits. Always covered in marshmallow fondant (this is not your typical fondant people talk about). This homemade fondant melts on the palete and compliments the rice krispies pop beautifully.
Cupcakes
Basically my cakes in mini form. They can be topped with a theme matching sprinkle mix or with handmade toppers created from sugar paste.

Cake Popsicles & Cake Pops
My same delicious cake recipe crumbled and hand rolled or shaped. Then dipped in smooth decadent chocolate or candy coating (tastes like vanilla).
